All complete replacement sets, also known as Kit & Caboodle, need to be replaced every year or every three years to keep your system functioning as efficiently as possible (see replacement schedule below). The life-span of filter cartridges is based off when the materials inside the cartridge become wet and are not based off usage (a common misconception).
Past Pure Water System clients, the models and codes to the old names of PWS products are also listed below in italics.

Tip: Keep in mind that filters begin to expire as soon as water runs through them, and the medium inside wears down from first use, regardless of how often the filter is used. Replacing filters on time ensures your system performs at its best and keeps your water clean, fresh, and energized.
Attention: We’re dealing with supply chain issues on the DI modules. Recently, our manufacturer underwent a redesign of the DI modules. We’re excited to let you know the new DI modules will be recyclable, and you now have the option to send the used DI module with the new design to be refurbished and reused, creating less waste for our planet. Unfortunately, there have been a few issues with this new redesign, and they are currently working out those issues, yet it’s caused a continuing delay in the availability of the DI module.
Unfortunately, the DI modules are a proprietary part, and our manufacturer is the only available source for this very specialized filter.

I’ve been using my Bev-100 for 10 years. same unit! follow the maintenance instructions and replace the filters on schedule and you’ll get a lot out of this unit.
The kit comes with pictures in the instructions and there are videos on the website. It can be a little intimidating replacing the filters for the first time, but the staff have been extremely helpful and answered all my question very quickly, even off regular hours.
I can’t recommend True Spring enough.
