ATTENTION: We’re dealing with supply chain issues on the DI modules. Recently, our manufacturer underwent a redesign of the DI modules. We’re excited to let you know the new DI modules will be recyclable, and you now have the option to send the used DI module with the new design to be refurbished and reused, creating less waste for our planet. Unfortunately, there have been a few issues with this new redesign, and they are currently working out those issues, yet it’s caused a continuing delay in the availability of the DI module.

Unfortunately, the DI modules are a proprietary part, and our manufacturer is the only available source for this very specialized filter.

Replacement Filter Schedule

• Every Year: Annual Set (Deionization Module + Sediment & GAC carbon Pre-filters/Unidirectional GAC Prefilter (Bev300 units)), Calcium & Magnesium Mineralizer (pHplus), Shower Filters

• Every 2 Years: UMH Mineralizer

• Every 3 Years: Taste & Odor Filter (TCR6 Carbon Post Filter), RO Membrane, Sand & Sediment Filter

Tip: Keep in mind that filters begin to expire as soon as water runs through them, and the medium inside wears down from first use, regardless of how often the filter is used. Replacing filters on time ensures your system performs at its best and keeps your water clean, fresh, and energized.
