Order Processing

Once we receive payment in full we ship out 7-10 days for both domestic and international orders, excluding weekends and major holidays. We make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible so it usually ships before 7 days if we have the item in stock. Understand we are a very small business made of humans with human hands and human brains. We aren’t perfect and we strive to do our best!

Due to supply chain issues, especially with our products from overseas, there may be time extensions or disruptions in shipping. We will share this information with you if your order is affected.

All domestic shipments are through UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All international shipments are through USPS. International shipping prices vary by territory. And orders
do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.

Delivery of whole house systems require 4-6 week lead time.

Local Pick Up

Local Pickup in Ridgway, Colorado is available M-F 9am-4pm Mountain. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.

 
Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us and/or UPS which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@truespring.com with your name and order number, and we will look
into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship all domestic shipments with UPS and can ship to your PO Box.

 
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales final. No refunds.

However, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus all shipping costs and 20% restocking fee for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@truespring.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges can be made to unused and in it’s original condition products only, minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
